Shipping & Returns.

We dispatch all UK orders from our London studio Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from dispatch.

• Standard Tracked (5–8 business days): £3.95 — free over £50

We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times below are estimates from dispatch — they do not include local customs processing.

• Europe (3–6 days): from £9.95
• USA & Canada (5–8 days): from £14.95
• Rest of world (7–14 days): from £19.95

Import duties and taxes outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. If you haven't seen movement after 48 hours, drop us a line at info@shakeurbumpa.com and we'll chase it down.

Not feeling it? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

1. Email us at info@shakeurbumpa.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a returns label and instructions within one working day.
3. Drop the parcel at your nearest collection point.
4. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the parcel landing with us. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is checked in.

UK returns are free. International return postage is at the customer's expense.

If anything turns up faulty or we sent the wrong item, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it — no quibbles, no return postage, no stress.
